The Mechanical Metier Department (MM) of the Nuclear Entity is in charge of the following tasks:

• Procurement of mechanical equipment, nuclear fuel and associated services
• Quality surveillance, supplier & repair qualification
• In-service inspection and plant/material ageing management
• Fuel quality control and handling
• Site mechanical equipment modifications and site works follow-up  
• Diversified expertise in mechanical equipment design, manufacturing & operation

Within this department, the Nuclear Fuel & Casks team cover those activities in the framework of nuclear fuel procurement and spent fuel &radwaste management for Electrabel and Synatom Customers.

 Mission 

In the framework of the current major projects related to Fuel Supply, Spent Nuclear Fuel Management, Emptying of Deactivation Pools and Decommissioning [new spent fuel storage buildings, spent fuel & radioactive waste transport/storage casks, fuel repair, damaged fuel conditioning, fuel accessories management, etc.], you will be in charge of the following activities in close relation with the Project Managers and the Customers:

• Drafting of requests for quotation, bid evaluation and Customer support for negotiation; 
• Contract follow-up from the kick-off meeting to site delivery and acceptance tests;
• Equipment Manufacturing follow-up in close cooperation with the Quality Surveillance group and with the Customer;
• Supervision of interventions in nuclear power units;
• Assisting and technical expertise in support of Customers and Plant Operators; 
• Interfacing between Utilities and Contractors;
• Assisting the plant operator and the Customer in meeting and technical discussions with the Belgian Safety Authorities;
• Organizing of and participating into reviewing activities of safety files for spent fuel and radioactive waste casks and damaged spent fuel treatment;
• Participating in international tenders in the framework of the Mechanical Department nuclear activities.

En tant que MOE expert technique, vous intégrez le domaine SICC et le PFDC (partie SIAS) qui gère le SI d’Acquisition et de Supervision (SIAS) : déploiement des 11 millions de compteurs et 13000 concentrateurs à horizon 2023. Vous êtes rattaché.e à la Direction Système d'Information qui assure le fonctionnement et l'adaptation du SI conformément aux besoins des utilisateurs au moindre coût. 
Les différents SI s’appuient principalement sur : Java/Weblogic, échanges JMS, ordonnanceur VTOM, Linux RHEL et bases de données Oracle Exadata.

Sur le périmètre SIAS s’ajoutent les technologies : EJBCA 7.4 Entreprise, WildFly, Apache ANT, PostGreSQL et PostGIS.

Vous êtes le référent technique transverse de l’application SIAS en charge de la Supervision et de la gestion de l’Acquisition des compteurs et concentrateurs de la chaine GazPar :

Wat ga je doen als Field Service Engineer Generatoren?  

Als Field Service Engineer Generatoren bij EMS ondersteun je zowel operationeel als strategisch de verschillende onderhoudsteams. Zo werk je actief mee aan de energie van morgen. Je organiseert en controleert de onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan industriële generatoren en hulpsystemen. Denk aan het vernieuwen van elektrische uitrusting, aggregatie- en protectiesystemen. Afhankelijk van het project waar je aan werkt, houd jij je bezig met:  

• het uitvoeren van mechanische en elektrische werkzaamheden aan de generatoren; 
• het coördineren van een team monteurs tijdens de uitvoering van de projecten met interne en externe middelen; 
• Het beheren van projecten in zowel voorbereiding-, uitvoering- en consolidatiefase;
• Het ondersteunen van de projectleider met projectmanagement;
• Het respecteren en waarborgen het kwaliteitsplan waaronder de planning, het budget, veiligheidsvoorschriften en milieubeperkingen.  

Je bent op locatie aanwezig voor het begeleiden, testen en uitvoeren van verbeter- en vervangingsprojecten voor zowel ENGIE als voor leveranciers. Wie is ENGIE en waar kom je te werken? 

Als Field Service Engineer ben je onderdeel van het EMS team. EMS zorgt o.a. voor het (projectmatig) onderhoud van onze generatoren in Europa. Iets waar – om betrouwbaar te kunnen leveren - veel onderhoud bij komt kijken. Europe Maintenance Support (EMS) onderhoudt de generatoren, gas- en stoomturbines die daarbij horen. De afdeling bestaat uit (Senior) technicians en Assistent Projectleiders. Daarnaast heb je contact met de collega’s van andere expertises (zoals Ketel, Electrical etc) en met de collega’s van de locaties waar de revisiewerkzaamheden verricht worden.

Als Field Service Engineer ben je onderdeel van team van 30 collega’s. Jullie delen jullie kennis en werken dagelijks samen met een mooie dosis humor. Elke collega heeft een eigen expertise met de bijbehorende verantwoordelijkheid. Het is hard werken, maar in een relaxte, open en collegiale sfeer. In een internationale omgeving waarbij we de successen samen vieren. 

Wat neem jij mee? 

Techniek, grote industriële machines en systemen… Een omgeving waar jij op je plek bent. De (elektro)techniek heeft je altijd al getrokken en je weet hier alles van. Met jouw analytische brein los je graag problemen op. En met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden kun je makkelijk schakelen met zowel technici als engineers. Als team zorg je er samen voor dat het werk wordt gedaan en de klus geklaard. Want samen kom je nu eenmaal verder en groei je allemaal.   

Daarnaast heb je: 

• Je hebt minimaal een Mbo-opleiding richting Electrotechniek, AOT of een direct vergelijkbare opleiding. Je hebt bovendien een enorme drive om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen generatoren;
• Je bent een teamspeler, je gaat namelijk veel met jouw team op pad. Je kunt en je wilt contractors aansturen en je snapt dat de klus geklaard moet worden;
• Je bent in bezit van rijbewijs B. Certificaten zoals VOL-VCA, werkervaring aan rotating equipement is mooi meegenomen;
• Beheers je zowel Nederlands als Engels vloeiend (in woord en schrift).  

Het is voor jou geen probleem - indien noodzakelijk- tijdens de weekenden te werken om geplande en onvoorziene interventies uit te voeren. Het kan zijn dat je een (klein) deel van het jaar in het buitenland werkzaam bent (meestal Europa, incidenteel buiten Europa). En wij ondersteunen je daarin met o.a. overnachting en vervoer.   Mission 

As risk & safety management expert you will promote and manage activities in the domains of risk & safety management. This involves a close collaboration with international offices and projects teams of Tractebel.

Your function will include:

• Define risk & safety management solutions in line with customer expectations, market and sector needs to maximize the added value of TRACTEBEL’s offers.
• Define the technical scope and associated resources for risk & safety management solutions.
• Coaching the technical and site teams in the area of risk and safety.
• Coaching junior safety experts.
• Supervise running projects to guarantee quality of the deliverables.
• Contribute actively in the short & mid–term development of our activities by identifying new opportunities.
• Perform risk & safety management missions requiring a high level of skills, experience and competence. This may include
  • Lead participative risk assessments (PHA, HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA, etc.).
  • Perform safety audits as lead auditor.
  • Perform detailed risk assessments such as QRA, PLANOP, SIL allocations, ATEX etc.
  • Define risk and safety management strategies related to a complex industrial project environment.
  • Access and advice on process and occupational safety during system and equipment specification and procurement.

Profile 

• You have a master’s degree in engineering and with preferably an additional master’s degree in safety management/engineering.
• You dispose of at least 5 years of experience in a similar function (risk and safety management for industrial projects) and are experienced in the domains of process safety, occupational safety and construction site safety. 
• You are familiar with methodologies such as design and occupational safety assessments, audits, participative risk assessment methodologies such as FMEA, HAZOP, HAZID, etc, quantitative reliability and risk assessment.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
• You consider quality of work as a main priority and are willing to respect the requirements of the Tractebel quality management system.
• You are convincing, creative and customer focused.
• You communicate and report efficiently in an open and honest way. Reporting is an important part of the job.
• You are well organized and can set priorities. You show leadership skills and like to work in teams.
• You are flexible and can adapt your work methods to the specific context of the different projects.

Werkomgeving

Je werkt als ingenieur stabiliteit (geotechniek) voor infrastructuurprojecten, vanuit ons kantoor in Gent of in Hasselt, binnen onze afdeling Transport Infrastructuur, de afdeling binnen Tractebel die voornamelijk projecten ontwerpt/studeert met betrekking tot wegen, tramverbindingen, luchthavens, tunnels en bruggen. 
Naast het ontwerpen van wegen is het ontwerpen van rioleringssystemen een tweede belangrijk onderdeel, rekening houdend met de klimaatsverandering en een duurzaam gebruik van het (regen)water.
 

Taken

• Je werkt mee aan infrastructuurprojecten voor het ontwerp van snelwegen, gewestwegen, wegen in een stedelijke omgeving, openbare ruimten, tram,- metroprojecten...in België
• Je werkt mee aan de algemene kwaliteitsverhoging van de projecten in kader van duurzaamheid en milieu-impact op de omgeving, niet alleen in ontwerp, maar eveneens om de impact tijdens de uitvoeringsfase te minimaliseren
• Je werkt in een team en je bent de sturende kracht voor de opmaak van de taken hieronder opgenomen:
•     Analyse van geotechnische eigenschappen op basis van on-line data
•     Gerichte opmaak van een beproevingsplan geotechniek, desgevallend rekening houdend met richtlijnen van onze klant
•     Interpretatie van geotechnische onderzoeken, vastleggen noodzakelijke verfijningen in het kader van  schadevrij werken
•     Opmaken en/of begeleiden van zettingsberekeningen
•     Opmaken en/of begeleiden van sterkteberekeningen leidingen in diverse materialen (in easypipe volgens norm ATV127 ), alsook opmaken/begeleiden berekeningen in Plaxis
•     Advies/keuze in het kader van bemaling, beschoeiing, fundering
•     Opmaken en/of begeleiden van bemalingsberekeningen (analytisch) en aansturen en/of interpreteren en/of opmaken van bemalingsmodellen (modflow)
•     Adviseren van bemalingskeuze in functie van aan te vragen vergunningen
•     Leveren van gerichte input op vlak van bemalingen/kunstwerken/uitvoeringsmethodiek in de vergunningen
•     Uitwerken van totale concepten voor kunstwerken zoals overstortconstructies, pompstations, bergbezinkingsbekkens,…
•     Scenario analyse bouwputten/bemalingen/beschoeiingen/funderingen ifv finale onderbouwde keuzes in overleg met de klant
•     Kennis vereist van diverse beschoeiingen, bemalingen, funderingstechnieken; kennis tot maken van keuzes niet noodzakelijk om ieder onderdeel zelf in detail te berekenen
•     Adviseren van de klant, incl financiële onderbouwing
•     Opvolgen en begeleiden van de werf, gericht in functie van de stabiliteits -en bemalingsonderwerpen hierboven besproken, tot onderbouwing en verdediging, uitvoerbaarheid gemaakte keuzes
•     Adviseren van werven met uitvoeringsissues geotechniek (werven type lijntrajecten met locale kunstwerken)
•     Nakijken en beoordelen van nota’s opgemaakt door de werf
•     Nakijken en beoordelen van gelijkaardige taken desgevallend uitgevoerd door een onderaannemer
•     Begeleiden van jongere collega’s in gelijkaardige materie

Profile 

• Je hebt het diploma van Master in de Industriële of Ingenieurswetenschappen (Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur): Bouwkunde
• Je bent op de hoogte van recente ontwikkelingen binnen het gebied
• Je hebt de ambitie om te innoveren (methodieken en in het vakgebied zelf)
• Je hebt 10 jaren ervaring
• Je kan je mondeling en schriftelijk vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels. Frans is welkom
• Je bent stressbestendig en weet onder druk je focus te houden met een gezonde dosis assertiviteit en diplomatie 
• Communicatief ben jij heel sterk
