Wat kan je verwachten?

Als ingenieur zal je werken voor ons “Buildings” departement in Hasselt en zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het aanbieden van je diensten en advies aan onze klanten. Je zal te maken hebben met de ontwikkeling en realisatie van verschillende soorten gebouwen, inclusief tertiaire en industriële gebouwen en sport infrastructuur. Onze projecten bevatten de feasibility, het basisontwerp, het gedetailleerde ontwerp en de technische bijstand en monitoring tijdens de eigenlijke constructie van het gebouw. Onze activiteiten zijn vooral gesitueerd in België, alhoewel we ook internationale projecten hebben in specifieke marktsegmenten!

Hoe zit het met de jobinhoud?

Als ingenieur in MEP:

• Treed je op als centraal contactpunt voor MEP-gerelateerde zaken;
• Neem je de leiding van een team BIM-modelleerders, ingenieurs en experten in MEP;
• Zorg je ervoor dat jouw projecten uitgevoerd worden volgens de voorschriften van ons kwaliteitssysteem en de H&S regels;
• Treed je van A tot Z op als electricity engineer bij de projecten (schetsen van de initiële ontwerpen van de installaties/equipment/werken, zorgen dat de dimensies van de installaties/structurele vereisten/equipment/werken kloppen, de schetsen en de vooruitgang van de grafische documenten en summary measurement sheets controleren);
• Versterk je het geïntegreerde design proces door naar verschillende disciplines te kijken;
• Werk je samen met externe partners (zoals architecten, design en engineering firms, aannemers, onderaannemers, etc.);
• Blijf je continu je kennis delen en jezelf ontwikkelen via de Tractebel school!

IHR TÄTIGKEITSBEREICH

Als Bauingenieur*in für Geotechnik / Dammbau (m/w/d), arbeiten Sie als Projektleiter*in in einem hochqualifizierten Team von Ingenieuren und Experten im Bereich Wasser und Wasserkraft. Wir sind gemäß aktuellem ENR Ranking im Bereich Wasserkraft eines der beiden größten Ingenieurunternehmen und verfügen aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen und Referenzen über die erforderlichen Qualifikationen, um uns an den weltweit interessantesten und prominentesten Projekten zu beteiligen.

Innerhalb der Abteilung Geologie, Geotechnik und Dammbau bearbeiten wir alle Aufgabenstellungen, die in Verbindung mit der Planung und Realisierung von Wasserkraft- bzw. Wasserbauprojekten sowie den zugehörigen Infrastrukturmaßnahmen in Verbindung stehen. Dazu gehören unterirdische Bauwerke wie Kavernen und Tunnelanlagen sowie Bauwerksgründungen, Baugruben, Böschungssicherungen, Injektionsmaßnahmen zur Abdichtung und Untergrundverbesserung und temporäre und permanente Dammbauwerke. Wir arbeiten für öffentliche und private Projektentwickler und Investoren und übernehmen hier Aufgaben als Planer bzw. Berater in allen Projektphasen (Projektentwicklung, Bauausführung und Betrieb). Darüber hinaus unterstützen wir Bauunternehmen als Planer bei der Realisierung von Bauprojekten. Unsere Leistungen erbringen wir als Teil der Tractebel-Gruppe weltweit. Ihre Aktivitäten umfassen im Wesentlichen:

• Projektleitung von Wasserbau- und Wasserkraftprojekten. Sie übernehmen die Leitung von Projekten mit Schwerpunkten im Bereich Geotechnik und Dammbau und koordinieren die involvierten Experten anderer Fachdisziplinen für Studien und/oder Ausführungsprojekte und/oder Rehabilitierungsprojekte. Sie übernehmen hierbei Verantwortung für den technischen und wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Projektes.

• Leitung des Projektteams sowie Koordination der in das Projekt involvierten externen Fachexperten, Subunternehmer und Joint-Venture Partnern.

• Als Fachingenieur arbeiten Sie an der Planung und Bemessung von Dammbauwerken (Erdschüttungen / Steinschüttungen) mit unterschiedlichen Abdichtungssystemen sowie Beckenabdichtungen für Pumpspeicherkraftwerke.

• Baugrubenplanung einschließlich Baugrubenverbau, Grundwasserabsenkungen etc.

• Planung und Bemessungen im Spezialtiefbau (Schlitzwände, Pfahlgründungen etc.).

• Standsicherheits- und Durchströmungsberechnungen von Steinschütt- und Erddämmen.

• Entwurf von Flach- und Tiefgründungen für Kraftwerke und Sperrwerke.

• Planung, Überwachung und Auswertung von Geotechnischen Erkundungen, geotechnischen Messungen und Feldversuchen.

• Erstellung von technischen Spezifikationen und Leistungsbeschreibungen als Bestandteil von Ausschreibungsunterlagen.

• Erarbeitung von Studien und Berichten sowie Mitarbeit bei Angeboten.

Werkomgeving

Je werkt als Manager Hydraulica, vanuit ons kantoor in Hasselt ( of Gent), binnen onze afdeling Transport Infrastructuur, de afdeling binnen Tractebel die voornamelijk projecten ontwerpt/studeert met betrekking tot wegen, tramverbindingen, luchthavens, tunnels en bruggen.

Naast het ontwerpen van wegen is het ontwerpen van rioleringssystemen een tweede belangrijk onderdeel, rekening houdend met de klimaatsverandering en een duurzaam gebruik van het (regen)water.

Taken

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een team van enthousiaste “Hydraulica” experten (in Gent en in Hasselt vastgesteld)  die aan het hydraulisch nazicht van onze projecten en aan hydronautstudies voor diverse opdrachtgevers meewerken
• Je werkt ook mee aan hydraulisch ontwerp en berekeningen van rioleringen, drainagesystemen, enz....
• Je organiseert de planning van het team in samenspraak met de projectleiders en de Team Managers
• Je ondersteunt het team en je verzorgt de kwaliteitsborging dankzij jouw sterke people leadership skills

Environnement de travail

Vous travaillerez en tant que planificateur de projet (Infrastructure Métro), depuis notre bureau de Bruxelles, au sein de notre département « Infrastructure des transports », le département de Tractebel qui conçoit/élabore principalement des projets liés aux routes, tramways/ (pré)-métros, aéroports, tunnels et ponts. Vous serez parfois aussi amené à travailler chez notre client.

En tant que planificateur de projet au sein de la cellule planning, votre mission consiste à orchestrer l’adaptation d’une infrastructure linéaire de tramway en un système de métro moderne.

Mission

Voici vos principales responsabilités :

1. Ordonnancement Opérationnel:
   • Prendre en charge une partie du projet (par exemple, un ensemble linéaire d’interventions) et élaborer un planning robuste.
   • Identifier le chemin critique et dégager des marges de manœuvre à travers 2 ou 3 scénarios de réalisation.
   • Collecter et consolider les hypothèses et contraintes, en utilisant des outils tels que MS Project et TILOS.

2. Collaboration Multidisciplinaire:
   • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe commerciale, la maintenance, la logistique d’approvisionnement et les autorités délivrant des autorisations.
   • Prendre en compte les interventions des impétrants et coordonner les acteurs impliqués dans chaque domaine technique.

  Profil

• • Formation d’ingénieur industriel ou électromécanicien avec une expérience pratique sur chantier ou en bureau d’études.
  • Minimum 7 ans d’expérience dans la planification de grands travaux impliquant diverses techniques (génie civil, électricité, voie ferrée, équipements mécaniques) et de grandes infrastructures (routes, autoroutes, voies ferrées, aéroports, ports maritimes, etc.).
  • Capacité à analyser et à concevoir des scénarios de réalisation exécutables.
  • Pratique concrète de MS Project et de TILOS.

Tractebel is een toonaangevend multidisciplinair studie- en adviesbureau gespecialiseerd in duurzame stedelijke ontwikkeling, infrastructuur, water en energie.Het team mobiliteit bestaat uit een gedreven team van mobiliteitsexperten die actief zijn binnen de werkdomeinen mobiliteitsplanning, mobiliteit engineering en verkeersmodellering verspreid over verschillende teams in Antwerpen, Gent, Hasselt en Brussel. Het team werkt aan projecten voornamelijk in Vlaanderen, Brussel, Wallonie en Frankrijk.Tractebel hanteert de filosofie van flexibele werktijden en werklocaties. De rol als teamleader vereist een flexibiliteit over onze verschillende vestigingen om voldoende beschikbaar te zijn voor het team, maar daarnaast is ook thuiswerk enkele dagen in de week mogelijk.

Work Environment

We are looking for young, motivated landscape (ir.)Architects, Urbanists and Landscape Architects to join our design team. Our team currently includes 35 architects, urban designers and landscape architects working within the field of spatial design on a wide range of projects: public space, landscape design, infrastructure works, spatial policy studies and research....

We are mainly working in Flanders, but have recently started focusing on Brussels projects as well. We combine precise spatial interventions with an integrated and inclusive approach. In this way, we incorporate broad social issues such as climate change, social polarization, resource scarcity.... as an attitude in the design process within projects. Each project is therefore the result of a close collaboration between designers, engineers and experts. Through an iterative process of sketches, calculations, research, projects are developed that are not only socially relevant, but also have a certain flexibility towards meaning and use.

Job Description 

• As a freelance (ir) architect-urbanist or landscape architect, you will be working on public space, landscape and architectural designs of varying scale and content, from concept phase to tender dossier. 
• You help further develop the Spatial Design team and take the initiative for knowledge sharing in the team.
• You prepare consultations with our clients in the form of plans, presentations and bundles in which you can convey the essence of our design proposals in a clear and attractive way, and you attend meetings with clients.
• You discuss designs with other disciplines, internal or external (engineers, traffic experts, environmental experts, energy and water experts, external study or architectural firms, etc.) and ensure the multidisciplinary support of your designs.
• You ensure good project documentation, graphic design and layout of all documents in accordance with our department's standard.
• You participate in integrated teams that enter design contests to win new projects.    

Profile 

• Master's degree in engineering, architecture and/or urban and spatial planning or equivalent degree
• Experience is not required. Just graduated and looking for a first work experience, you are certainly welcome to join us
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is definitely a plus.

Project Manager

The working environment

You will join TRACTEBEL ENGINEERING, ENGIE Group to primarily support the operations of the Dutch affiliate i.e., TRACTEBEL ENGINEERING B.V. (TE BV). In this function you will operationally report to the Engineering & Operations (E&O) Manager of TRACTEBEL ENGINEERING B.V.

The main mission of TE BV is to establish; and facilitate the development and the commercialization of the engineering services both in Nuclear and outside Nuclear in the Netherlands. The engineering services in the nuclear sector are expected to cover Nuclear New Build Projects, Medical applications, Small and Modular Reactors (SMR) and other nuclear applications. The office of Tractebel Engineering B.V. will be in the Randstad region with a hybrid mode of working.

Your function

The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for the management and/or execution of the projects being led by TE BV with a deeper focus on the technical aspects while constantly striving to ensure alignment with the state-of-the-art and customer expectations. Acting in a support role to the E&O Manager and being responsible for:

• Providing technical consultancy services to clients;
• Reviewing project deliverables (design reports, analysis reports, calculations, documents, drawings…) and taking responsibility for the quality and technical integration of work being overseen;
• Providing engineering support with the preparation of technical deliverables including design documents,  technical specifications, test procedures, commissioning plans, etc;
• Interfacing with the Metiers to obtain data and resolve issues relevant to design;
• Conducting technical / project management meetings in front of peers, partners, clients or suppliers;
• Leading, mentoring, coaching and training less experienced staff;
• Participating in preparation of technical proposals as Technical Proposal Manager, in support to the BD & Sales Manager;
• Participating, in support to the BD & Sales Manager, to engage with prospective activities (meetings with potential Client);

You will play an important role in achieving our ambition to boost the development of TRACTEBEL ENGINEERING B.V. in the Netherlands and abroad.

Your profile 

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree from an accredited engineering and/or business university
• You have minimum 7+ years of experience in the nuclear industry;
• You have demonstrated experience in projects related to nuclear safety and licensing and possess a comprehensive understanding of nuclear regulation in the Netherlands
• You have an excellent command of English and Dutch (or willing to learn Dutch in the short term)
• You are good at listening to customers and anticipate their needs.
• You are a natural communicator (both oral and written) and are able to explain complex topics in understandable language to your different stakeholders.
• You have strategic thinking and negotiating skills.
• You have the sense of priority. You are good at planning simultaneous assignments and you are a good organizer, even in unexpected circumstances.
• You are used to work under pressure with strict deliverables, requirements and tight deadlines.
• You are a team player, are not afraid to propose innovative solutions.
• You are willing to travel abroad on short missions.
• You are rigorous with respect to company expectations and guidelines.
• You have strong organizational skills and are at ease with challenging situations.
• You are committed to meeting the deadlines, project constraints, internal processes, and you care for quality and safety of all those involved in our projects.

• Design of HV OHLs to meet client specifications and expectations.
• Participate in the implementation of projects, ensuring compliance with technical regulations and laws.
• Share expertise and knowledge with project teams to enhance project outcomes.
• Utilize design software tools, primarily Autocad 2D, and PLS Tower.
• Ensure adherence to design norms and regulations throughout project phases.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project teams to ensure project goals are met.

Candidate’s profile

• Bachelor´s degree in the field of Engineering .
• In-depth knowledge of HV OHLs.
• Familiarity with HV substation design.
• Proficiency in design software tools, especially Autocad 2D and PLS Tower.
• Strong understanding of design norms and regulations.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is an added advantage.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality design work.
• Dedicated and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, action-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driving license is a plus.
