ENGIE's Shareholders' Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., at the ENGIE Campus, 67 rue Jules Ferry, in La Garenne-Colombes (92)

It will be broadcast live and in its entirety on this website. The webcast will remain accessible after the event.

In addition to the legal mechanism for written questions, you will be able to ask your questions in the meeting room if you are attending the Meeting in person, or online using the dedicated platform which will be open from Tuesday, April 21 to Wednesday, April 29, 2026, including during the Meeting. During the Shareholders’ Meeting, the Chairman and Executive Management will answer these questions within the time limit allowed to the Questions & Answers session.
