Inclusive Procurement

By ENGIE - 10 March 2026 - 14:52

On March 24, 2026, ENGIE will take part in the 4th edition of the Inclusive Procurement Forum (Forum des Achats Inclusifs), organized at the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris. The event will bring together companies from the Collective for a More Inclusive Economy, which employ 1.5 million people in France, along with around fifty suppliers.

ENGIE’s inclusive procurement policy is a key lever for professional integration. To this end, we collaborate with companies from the disability sector (protected and adapted work sector – STPA) as well as with social integration organizations (SIAE), which support diverse profiles: young people who have dropped out of school, long-term unemployed individuals, seniors far from employment, and people who have experienced life disruptions (such as former inmates, refugees, or asylum seekers).

The day will open with a plenary session bringing together member companies of the Collective, in the presence of Jean-Pierre Farandou, Minister of Labour and Social Affairs. A Supplier Forum will enable around fifty inclusive companies to meet the procurement departments of Collective members, complemented by speed-dating-style workshops. The objective is to create concrete business opportunities and build new partnerships.

ENGIE had set a target to increase its inclusive procurement spending in France by 30% between 2022 and 2025. This objective has been exceeded.
